Dana (she/her) joined the board in January, 2023. Dana currently works as the Director of Development for Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear. She is an alumna of Stonehill College and earned her Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University. She is a fundraiser, strategist, and philanthropic advisor with more than a decade of experience working across the nonprofit sector. Specializing in helping organizations build meaningful relationships, Dana has led fundraising teams and organizations of various sizes. Dana serves on the board of local opera company Guerilla Opera and is on the artistic advisory board of pianoSonoma. In 2020, she founded Grider Fundraising, which provides no-cost fundraising consultation and support to organizations and projects serving and led by BIPOC. Dana lives in Walpole and her son Roman is a Pinecone.
